The GURU team sets you up for success with expert onboarding, software integration with QBO or Xero, year-end reconciliations, and responsive support for payroll-related questions. You’ll remain hands-on with timesheet approval and payroll submission, while the payroll provider handles direct deposits, CRA deductions and remittances, and T4 filings—on time, every time. It’s everything you need to run payroll confidently, without the cost or complexity of advanced administration.

Advanced Payroll Service
Our Advanced Payroll Service is built for growing teams, regulated industries, and businesses with more complex compensation needs. With the GURU team running your payroll from start to finish, you gain a trusted partner who ensures every detail is handled—from calculating garnishments and taxable benefits to managing recurring deductions and ROEs. You approve the timesheets, and we take care of the rest: accurate pay runs, direct deposits, CRA remittances, and year-end compliance. With flexible pricing and proactive billing reviews for larger teams, it’s payroll made effortless, predictable, and stress-free.
Variable billing option:
- $35.00/employee/pay run* for standard hourly or salaried payroll
- $50.00/employee/pay run* for enhanced payroll including:
- Benefits & taxable allowances
- Garnishments
- RRSP/union dues
- Commissions, Bonuses or other recurring additions/deductions
Flat rate option (6 or more employees):
- Variable pricing depending on the headcount and specifics of your organization*
- Quarterly reviews to adjust for significant changes (e.g., rapid hiring)
- Ideal for businesses scaling quickly or preferring fixed-fee budgeting
